Setting a default startup disk doesn't seem to work, I select macOS, restart and it boots into Windows. Posted on Jan 17, PM. I don't see it in Windows Control Panel.

Jan 17, PM. It is in the Windows Control Panel, or should be. Page content loaded. Weird, it "should" be in the Control Panel folder. When you download and install the Windows Support Software Boot Camp drivers it makes Windows more compatible with Apples " hardware ".

If you don't have any issues then you should be fine. Just use the Mac side to enable it then you won't have to worry about it, at least until you need to boot back into the Mac side From: Boot Camp: Set the default operating system After installing Windows, you can set the default operating system.

Select the startup disk with the default operating system you want to use. If you want to start up using the default operating system now, click Restart.
